Our Story

7SPICES® stands as a beacon of Mediterranean cuisine, the passion  of a young married couple whose dream was deeply anchored in the rich culinary traditions of the Eastern Mediterranean. Their shared devotion to this heritage sparked a vision unique in its scope – to meld the authentic flavors and warmth of Mediterranean culture with a contemporary flair. Their aim was not just to create a restaurant or a coffee shop, but a destination where traditional ingredients and modern culinary experiences merge.

A Name That Embodies Tradition and Innovation

7SPICES® is a homage to the culinary ethos central to their dream. Deriving from the Arabic term "Bharat," the name represents a harmonious blend of seven quintessential spices: Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cumin, Paprika, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, and Coriander. Each spice, chosen with care and reverence, symbolizes the commitment to authenticity and their ambition to introduce a slice of Eastern Mediterranean heritage to the world. The design and atmosphere of 7SPICES® are imbued with this ethos, blending the intimacy of Eastern Mediterranean hospitality with the energy of a modern eatery.

A Culinary Hub for Diverse Palates

Today, 7SPICES® transcends the concept of a traditional restaurant or coffee house. It has blossomed into a cultural hub, a gathering place that resonates with the fragrant aromas and the satisfaction of its guests. This evolution reflects the realization of the original dream, growing into a vibrant reality where each visitor is embraced by the warmth of Mediterranean hospitality. Every dish served is an exploration of a flavorful legacy, a journey through the diverse and rich tapestry of Mediterranean cuisine.

At 7SPICES®, we invite you to be part of our story – a story that extends beyond geographical boundaries, celebrating a fusion of culinary worlds. Here, every meal is more than just a dining experience; it's a passage to a world where the timeless traditions of the Mediterranean meet the dynamic spirit of modern dining.
